Vertongen Pentho Compact 4 High Performance Tenoner
All axes, including the saw, set them selves simultaneously and automatically in the correct position.
The position of the length-fence gets automatically recalculated in function of the saw. It’s easy, straight forward graphical application allows the operator to make any type of single tenon right for the first time.
Pneumatic Clamps
Pneumatic clamps offer quick and consistent clamping using compressed air, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Ideal for applications requiring repeatable work holding, they help streamline operation and enhance overall productivity.
Automatic Length Fence
The automatic length fence calculates the finished length of your tenon at the click of a button. Simply enter the required dimensions directly on the screen, and the fence will automatically move to the correct position. It also recalculates the oversize for each pass and adjusts automatically when the cut saw position changes.
Automatic Table Movement with Adaptive Cycle
On the tenoner, the automatic table movement pushes the table forward and backward during operation without manual input. The Adaptive Cycle feature intelligently adjusts the table speed depending on the task — slowing down for sawing or cutting and speeding up when returning to the home position. This ensures smoother operation, improved cycle times, and greater overall efficiency.
