iDovetail integrates the processing dimensions of each joint into a real-time model, allowing you to see your finished product as you enter your specifications. The model updates instantly with every adjustment, giving you complete visual control throughout the process.
Built using modern interface technology, the system provides a clean, uncluttered workspace—enabling you to complete the entire design on a single screen.
Spindle
During the design process, you can easily adjust the dovetail height. iDovetail features a three-axis servo system that automatically positions the cutter to the required height when machining begins—significantly reducing setup and adjustment time when changing workpiece sizes.
The machine also includes intelligent tool recognition, identifying the cutter currently installed. This eliminates the risk of damage caused by using an incorrect bit.
Anti Tearing
As you know, it is not difficult to cut a joint. The difficult part is not tearing the joint during processing. The number of processing paths for iDovetail to prevent tearing is more than three times that of the processing of the joint.
Its makers designed processing paths for pre-cuts in full-contour trimming. This unique pre-cut function gives your joint the best protection before you start processing.
