The Sanding Units
Unit 1 – Roller
A 220mm diameter grooved spiral roller, rubber-coated to ensure consistent high-performance output. Designed to maintain intensive production rates while delivering superior results in both calibration and surface smoothing.
Unit 2 – Electronically controlled segmented Pad
Equipped with 20mm sectional pads, each individually controlled via a light-sensor pressure system. This allows precise pressure adjustment across different edges, ensuring optimal finishing accuracy and flexibility.
Frequency Inverter Speed Control System
The machine features a high-performance frequency inverter with precise, adjustable speed control for different paints and panel types. This enables optimised sanding performance across various materials, ensuring consistent results. The intelligent system enhances stability, improves efficiency, reduces wear, and delivers reliable, high-quality finishing in all production conditions.
PLC Touch Screen Control System
A 12” colour resistive touchscreen provides a durable, user-friendly interface with real-time alarm monitoring and quick reset functions. Machine data tracking includes working hours, standby time, faults, and maintenance records to support efficient servicing. An automatic star-delta starter ensures smooth motor operation with independent overload protection, while workpiece simulation enables accurate setup and process preview.
Vacuum Table & Feed Belt System
The vacuum table is designed for secure handling of small, thin, and delicate workpieces. A high-pressure air blower creates vacuum pressure within the feed table, which is evenly distributed through the vacuum mat holes. This ensures strong, stable hold-down during processing, improving accuracy, surface quality, and overall finishing performance.
Auto-Clearing Air Jets Device
The integrated air jet system cools and cleans the abrasive belt during operation, helping to extend belt life and maintain consistent sanding quality. Intelligent control ensures efficient and economical compressed air usage, reducing waste while supporting stable, high-performance machine operation.
