High-Capacity Workshop Dust Extractor for Multi-Machine Extraction Systems

This high-capacity dust extractor is designed for workshops where dust extraction is required on an intermittent basis rather than for continuous operation. Featuring a larger fan diameter and increased airflow performance, it delivers exceptional extraction efficiency for demanding woodworking environments.

The twin collection bag system allows both bags to fill simultaneously, reducing the frequency of emptying and improving productivity. This powerful unit can service up to three woodworking machines at the same time or be integrated into a workshop extraction system using branch lines and blast gates. For optimum performance, we recommend a maximum hose run of 10 metres using 100mm diameter ducting.

Electrical Requirements

This dust extractor requires a dedicated 16A electrical supply. For safe operation, we recommend installation on a 16A Type C circuit breaker.

Recommended Hose

Extraction hose is not supplied as standard. We recommend using our 100mm transparent flexible extraction hose, available to purchase by the metre.

Duty Cycle Information

This machine is classified for Light Trade use, with a maximum continuous running time of 2 hours. After this period, the motor should be switched off and allowed to cool before further use.

Upgrade to 1-Micron Filtration

For improved air quality and enhanced fine dust filtration, this machine can be upgraded from 5-micron to 1-micron filtration by fitting 2 x CF2024 filter cartridges.
