MAXIMUM PRECISION AND REPEATABILITY
The spacer set allows maximum precision and repeatability of holes in very short time.
ADJUSTABLE LATERAL REFERENCES
Two lateral fences maintain the perfect angle relative to the drilling head and act as adjustable reference points on both sides of the worktable.
By leaning spacers to the lateral fences, it is possible to quickly and easily modify the drilling zero point and therefore the reference interaxis.
ADJUSTABLE MILLIMETRIC SCALES ON THE REFERENCE FRAME
The main millimetric scales on the patented reference frame profiles are adjustable with respect to the drilling head in horizontal position.
This allows drilling operations to be set according to the actual panel dimensions.
GREATER OPERATIONAL PRECISION AND OPTIMAL PANEL SUPPORT
The patented measuring frame, integrated into the machine, features reference points on each side and two crossbars with rollers, significantly increasing the working surface.
FOR LARGE AND NON-STANDARD PIECES
The pressure beam supports are deeper than on a standard single-head drilling machine:
450 mm (instead of 300 mm), allowing the processing of larger and non-standard elements.
QUICK ADJUSTMENT FOR DIFFERENT THICKNESSES UP TO 200 MM
The pressure beam supports feature height adjustment via patented rack systems, allowing four different positions and enabling machining of workpieces up to 200 mm thick.
