Markfield Woodworking Machinery is excited to announce our second annual Open Event and everyone is invited!
Last year we opened our showroom doors for a weekend of live demonstrations, practical advice and expert tips, entertainment, food, and more!
The Important Details
WHEN: June 18th – 20th 2025
WHERE: At our state-of-the-art showroom at MW Machinery HQ, Unit H Cedar Court, Walker Road, Bardon Hill, LEICS, LE67 1TU
WHAT: We will have a range of fantastic machinery on display, set up and running, from some of the world’s leading manufacturers, including;
MARTIN – VERTONGEN – KUNDIG – OAV – SALVAMAC – ROBLAND – COMPACTO – SAWYER – MORSO – SANDERSON
What you can expect to see
We will have a wide range of machinery up and running in our showroom when you arrive, and you can expect to see some incredible demonstrations across the two days of the event.
We are very pleased to be hosting Whitehill Tooling who will be demonstrating some very fancy woodworking skills!
Whitehill are experts in window frame/sash production and 5-piece kitchen door manufacturing and will be showcasing their knowledge and experience alongside our Vertongen ProPen.

We will be running demonstrations of the full range of edge banders as well as the new panel saws and bandsaws.
