Holz-Her Glu Jet System

Control Unit
With its 15.6” wide format, touch screen colour monitor, the STREAMER Edgebander is easy as pie to operate. All settings can be selected on large, interactive graphical displays. For example, direct processes can be selected on the 3D workpiece graphical display. EVA or PUR can be selected at the touch of a button and the correct processing temperature is then set automatically.

Heat-up, glue change and cleaning require only 3 minutes each

VISE Technology (Visual Setting Technology)
VISE stands for Visual Setting and is used for intelligent, visual support of the machine operator. VISE provides as digital logbook of all setting values for the digital counters and pressure gauges to set up the machine quickly and safely.
In this way, VISE helps you to avoid setting errors and to reduce test pieces to a minimum.
Here is an example with a 2 mm plastic edge and complete machining.
After program selection, the setting graphic can be loaded via the VISE button.
Holz-Her STREAMER 1057 XL C Units
Edging Feed
Fully automatic, user-friendly feeder for coiled edging as well as single strip feeder. Gentle material handling with transport belts for edging transport and automatic edge recognition.
An edging separator is available (as an option) for practical processing of packages of edging strips.
Jointing Cutter Unit – 45mm
For perfect edge appearance and top quality, all HOLZ-HER Edgebanders are equipped with diamond tipped cutters with integrated chip evacuation as well as high concentricity and long service life. The jointing cutters have patented purging holes to effectively prevent double machining, thus increasing the service life significantly.
- Optionally working height of 60mm.
Pressure Unit
High quality 3-roller pressure unit for pressing edging against panel cleanly and forcefully. First roller motor-driven, two subsequent pressure rollers.
Pneumatic, application-controlled pressure unit.
Trimming Unit – 60mm
For straight or chamfered trimming on thin edging; unit pivots manually to 10 degrees.
- With 60 mm working height, pivots pneumatically.
High quality version with stable cast stand and two sawing motors each on two guides.
Cutter Unit
Multifunction cutter unit for flush cut on edging with thickness up to 8 mm, radiuses up to 3 mm.
Including quick adjustment flush / radius as well as diamond tipped tools.
Corner Rounding Unit
Corner rounding unit for processing corners with edge thickness up to 3 mm. Tools for radiuses up to 3 mm and chamfers up to 45 degrees – postformed profiles possible.

Flat Scrapers
