Robland woodworking machines are built by Robland N.V located in Bruges, Belgium. Robland was founded in 1968 by Robert Landuyt. As a manufacturer they began building the first affordable universal machine, the K21 combination machine. 8 years later and Robland had made their first overseas sale. Robland’s first panel saw made an appearance in 1992, the infamous Z320 panel saw. Many of which’s models can still be found in active workshops around the world. Through the years the range of products has been extended with spindle moulders, thicknessers, planers, slot morticers and various other classic woodworking machines
Always conserving the original mission: offering products with the best quality/price ratio on the market. This philosophy can be found back in the design, production, sales and customer support. Approximately 5% of the budget is invested in developing new products and updating the existing program. Continuous improvement of production and quality leads to good products built in state of the art manufacturing facilities thus achieving the necessary customer requirements.
Robland has an international dealer network and exports 85% of its production worldwide to more than 100 countries.
Standard Features
Scoring Unit
All Robland panel saw have a scoring unit. The Maximum scribe diameter for the Robland FZ300 is 110mm.
Hand wheels
On the FZ300 you have a handwheel for the height adjustment of the main blade. Another handwheel for the angle of the main blade and scorer.
Mitre Guide
Mitre Guide for angled cuts. The mitre Guide sits on the cross-cut carriage allowing you to loosen the cross-cut fence and move it round to an angle of your choice, up to 45 degrees.
Parallel / Rip Fence
Cast iron parallel / rip fence, with lock and fine adjustment.
Saw Guard
Standard saw guard for the Robland FZ300 1ph or 3ph Panel saw.
Telescopic Cross-Cut Fence
The telescopic cross-cut arm can be pulled out to provide a maximum cut of 2550mm.
2 Stops on Cross-Cut Fence
As standard, the FZ300 (and all Robland panel saws) have 2 manual stops on the cross-cut fence.
Cross-Cutting Support Arm
Extra support that fits onto the cross-cut carriage supporting either smaller or larger workpiece.

Main Blade Motor Power
2.2kW / 3HP Motor installed for the main blade on all single phase Robland FZ300 Panel Saws. The main blade runs at 4000 RPM (Single speed only).

Separate Scribe Motor
Extra efficiency from a separate scribe motor. 1HP Motor solely for the scribe blade. The scribe blade runs at 6500 RPM (single speed only).
Dust extraction port on Saw Guard
The standard orange saw guard has a 60mm dust extraction port.

Dust Extraction port under Blade Arbor
100mm Dust extraction sits underneath the blade arbor increasing extraction efficiency.
Tilting Arbor
Main blade and scribe are tiltable to 45 degrees.
Table Lock
The FZ300 Panel Saw has 2 locking positions, one stop in it’s natural position for general transportation. Second lock is for loading panels onto you saw before. (Pull the sliding table all the way back).
Scribe Adjustment
The FZ300 has the capability to adjust the scribe height and position alignment to the main saw blade.
Easy to manoeuvre
Most pallet trucks will fit easily under the lifting holes of the FZ300 Panel saw for easy manoeuvrability.
Optional Extras
Overhead Saw Guard
Lightweight upgrade for the Robland FZ300, Dust extraction outlet diameter is 100mm on this option.
Z400/ Z500 Overhead Saw Guard
Heavyweight, heavy duty (Standard on the Z400 Panel saw) upgrade for the FZ300, greatly improves suction from the saw guard. Comes with a one 90 degree guard and one 45 degree guard.
Extra Support Table (sliding table)
An extra support table that slots into the sliding table.
Cutting Length
The standard cutting length for an FZ300 is 2500mm.

Sliding table diameter
As standard the FZ300’s sliding table dimensions are 2200 x 355mm.

Digital Readouts
Digital readouts can be ordered for the Rip fence & the cross-cut fence.
