Technical Specifications
In-Feed Push System
The In-Feed Push System combines precision, speed, and durability with a brushless servo motor and EtherCAT digital control for accurate, low-noise operation. Its reinforced double steel frame includes a 25° inclined plane for easy loading and proper alignment, all within a compact working height.
The heavy-duty pusher unit (300x345x25 mm) and solid aluminium beam (135×120 mm) are built for stability and longevity, protected by wear-resistant steel. A 50 mm toothed belt with 33 hardened steel strips runs on dual hardened guides, ensuring smooth, low-maintenance performance.
Smart sensors automatically detect boards and markings without manual adjustment. A quick-change system allows fast pusher plate replacement to minimize downtime.
Cutting Group
The cutting unit features a robust steel structure and a 25° inclined feeding plane for smooth material flow. Powered by a 7.5 HP (5.5 kW) motor, the blade offers adjustable cutting times (0.1ā1 sec) and pneumatic speed control.
The precision-machined blade area includes durable aluminum inserts and a 500 mm HM circular blade.A smart pressure beam adjusts automatically to board thickness after the first cut, ensuring consistent accuracy.
Two electro-pneumatic aligners keep the material properly positioned before and after the blade for precise length control. The cutting area is brightly lit with integrated LED lighting.
Innovative Optimizing Cross-Cutting Saw
The SalvaPush_2000 automatic optimizing saw is the result of over twenty years of expertise in wood optimization technology.
Designed for efficiency and ease of use, the system allows the operator to simply mark wood quality and any visible defectsāthe machine handles the rest. With intelligent optimization algorithms, the SalvaPush_2000 calculates the most efficient cutting combinations, significantly reducing material waste while maximizing productivity.
Operators only need to input the desired cut lengths and indicate any defects on the board. The process is fast, accurate, and fully automated, delivering high performance with minimal manual effort. Above all, the system operates with a strong focus on safety, ensuring reliable and secure operation throughout each cutting cycle.
Electronic management system SALVA-OPTIM
The electronic management system features a state-of-the-art numerical control and integrated computer, enabling communication speeds of less than one millisecond.
It runs on SALVA-OPTIM software, designed for ease of use with intuitive graphics reflecting modern smart electronics. The system includes dedicated sections for real-time statistics, cutting results, diagnostics, and video messages. It supports full management of up to five cutting qualities.
A durable 12″ touch screen is ergonomically positioned for easy reading and data entry, with USB connectivity included. Remote support is enabled through built-in teleservice software, and the system connects directly to brushless motors and digital drives for optimal accuracy, speed, and reliabilityāall housed within a vibration-protected electrical panel.

Optional Outfeed Tables Available
SALVAPUSH_2000TT & SALVAPUSH_2000LS
Ā
Tilting Table, Outfeed table with rotation
Outfeed table with inclined rotation and dual-axis movement for rotating and unloading the entire cut board in a single cycle, allowing the pusher to return without time loss. The system tilts and ejects the cutting sequence in one smooth operation.
The collecting platform is made of solid, hardened flat steel with a width of 700 mm. A specialized software reset function is included to recover from any cycle interruptions.
Length Selector
Division of the cut pieces for measure, quality, recovering and waste. The not useful waste goes to the end of the conveyor. The belt is driven centrally by a trapezoidal guide.
High speed ejectors. Three sliding guides each one. Heavy series. Variable fixing in the length of the transporter. Possibility to eject with 2 ejectors in same time included.
