The 2 sanding units guarantee absolutely perfect and precise calibration and high quality finishing of solid wooden and veneered workpieces, including even very thin veneers. The amount of contact rollers determines the stock removal you can achieve in one sanding pass.

Constant Pass Line
For over 30 years, we’ve equipped our machines exclusively with moving top sections—and for good reason. While more sophisticated than traditional table adjustments, this design delivers clear advantages: it handles heavier workpieces, maintains precision over time, and ensures a consistent working height for maximum efficiency and superior sanding results.
Workpiece dimensions
The upper section, controlling the passage opening, is fully motorized and finely adjustable via the intuitive touch screen, giving you precise control at every stage. With a maximum passage height of at least 200 mm and a proven working width of 1,350 mm, the Kündig Master offers generous, reliable dimensions that meet the demands of even the most challenging sanding tasks.
Eco energy saving mode
The Kundig Master is equipped with our specially developed Eco* energy saving mode. This software regulates the power consumption depending on load. As soon as work breaks occur, the machine automatically switches to standby mode. It is then immediately ready for use again. This results in significant savings, without compromising performance.
Full Control, Intuitive Operation
Full control means that every employee—whether young or experienced, journeyman or master—can instinctively use all features of the sanding machine, down to the finest adjustments of the sanding process, after only a short familiarization. At Kündig, we prioritise an operating concept that is logical, visually appealing, and encourages users to explore advanced options, ensuring the highest sanding quality on every surface.

Flexible Operation: The machine can be controlled either via analogue controls or the intuitive touch screen.

Sanding Programmes: Frequently repeated sanding processes can be saved as programmes and executed fully automatically whenever required.

Automatic Sanding (“Enormatic”): Even without programmes, workpieces are measured or scanned across the full working width at the machine infeed, and the sanding process is carried out automatically according to desired parameters, such as target thickness.

Industry 4.0 Ready: The PLC can be integrated into all common production line control systems. The touch screen is fully glove-friendly.
