Sliding Table
Since 1959, MARTIN has been crafting hardened steel guides for their sliding table saws, which continue to meet the highest performance standards today.
The key benefit of this system is its precision: there is no play, and the table moves smoothly and easily. The tempered running surfaces are continuously lubricated with oil, preventing dust and dirt from adhering to the sliding surfaces. Additionally, with the MARTIN T66 Panel Saw, the movement of the table provides constant self-cleaning.
Adjustable Rip Fence
All of Martin’s table saws come standard with adjustable rip fences, designed for ease of use. These rip fences offer both scale and fine adjustment, ensuring precise cuts with enhanced accuracy.
The fence is supported by four robust deep-groove ball bearings, providing both strength and flexibility. Cutting dimensions can be displayed digitally on the control panel, giving you a clear view of your progress.
The electronic measuring system offers a resolution of 0.1 mm, and when switching the fence rails between vertical and flat positions, users can effortlessly toggle the dimension display with the press of a button.
High Performance in a Compact Space
The upgraded Martin T66 Panel Saw delivers exceptional performance in a compact design. It features a quiet-running saw blade, a precisely operating sliding table, and an easy-to-use rip fence.
The new Martin T66 Panel Saw is a versatile all-rounder, offering the benefits of larger machines—such as a 7” touchscreen and advanced SynchroDrive technology—without the high cost. For both efficiency and versatility, the Martin T66 Panel Saw is the ideal choice.
ConnectControl: Digital Brilliance
ConnectControl provides you with an incredibly powerful control system, all at your fingertips with the simple touch of a button. It represents the next level of modern performance.
With ConnectControl technology, you can seamlessly integrate the machine into your business’s digital workflow, unlocking the full efficiency potential of networked communication. The digital interface puts you in complete control of your tools, offering enhanced flexibility and greater precision.
Optional Positioning and Adjustment
With the Martin T66 Panel Saw’s optional hand wheel adjustment, controlling the fence jaw from the operating position is now effortless. Additionally, the cross-cut fence can be smoothly moved to the front or rear of the cross-cut table without the need for lifting.
These advanced features make the Martin T66 Panel Saw the ideal choice for your workshop. Whether working with wood, plastics, or aluminum, the T66 panel saw is your top solution.
ScribeMaster
The ScribeMaster for the T66 and T77 enables quick and easy adjustment of the scoring width on the stationary saw blade for the 2-axis scoring units.
This feature significantly reduces setup time by eliminating the need for time-consuming adjustments of the two-part scorer blades with spacers. The cutting width of the scorer can be adjusted to match the main saw blade without the need for disassembly.
Mitrex Double Miter Stop
The Mitrex Double Miter Stop features a large angle scale and exceptional adjustment precision.
It allows miter cuts from both sides, with adjustable stops that can be used alternately, providing cutting lengths from 90 to 1,375 mm. A standout feature of the Mitrex system is its unique splinter protection wood, offering added durability and cleaner cuts.
Parallelogram Cross Table
For over 60 years, Martin’s parallelogram cross table has set the standard for flexibility and precision.
The parallelogram cross table ensures exact, perfectly fitting angle cuts. The robust 0° lock can be easily released with a simple control. Please note, the parallelogram cross table is available exclusively with premium length stops.
A Cleaner Cut
With the Martin T66 series, you’re working with the only machines that feature a saw blade capable of cutting up to 10hp and swiveling to the right up to +46°.
These innovative, reliable machines give you precise control over your cuts, improving efficiency and minimizing waste.
The T66, with its tilting saw blade, is the perfect entry point into the MARTIN world of sawing, offering practical advantages that will enhance your daily workflow.
For efficient digital and mobile work, ConnectDrive represents the database for the machine control and is accessible anytime, anywhere.
Using the innovative ConnectPad, the T66 has an integrated, touch-sensitive console which functions as an operating unit, controllinh all of the machine’s functions.
Allowing for cloud-based work processes, by integrating the ConnectTouch, the T66 opens up a large number of management functions and assistants.
ConnectApp features a large screen and WiFi-controlled connection to create an adaptive control unit, making location-based machine control possible.
SynchroDrive
SynchroDrive is a key feature of the advanced drive technology used in MARTIN panel saws.
Equipped with variable synchronous motors built to the highest standards, the T66 panel saws offer a perfect blend of flexibility and performance.
These motors provide significantly more power reserves than standard electric motors of the same energy consumption, with the ability to adjust rotational speed continuously from 1500 to 5500 rpm.
